A licensed home inspector will inspect every aspect of the home, letting you know exactly what shape its systems are in. Your inspector will look at the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structure, roof, foundation, and more, so that you will have peace of mind knowing exactly what kind of shape your new home is in.
Make It Official - Closing Day
Congratulations! It’s time to make it official!
At this point, we are ready for a real estate attorney to transfer ownership from the current owner to you. Our team will set up an appointment with a local attorney, who will make sure that you understand your loan, answer any questions that you may have, and officially record the ownership transfer at the county courthouse, officially making the house YOURS. 🎉
